Manticore Incorporated was founded in 1996 by George Forrester and his sons in order to acquire, renovate, rent, and sell investment properties. 

In 2013 sole ownership of the company was turned over to his second son Steve, and his wife, Melinda. Manticore's mission remains the same: to acquire, renovate, and provide the best residential and commercial rental properties for our tenants.
